How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All SUGARTOPS™ orders ship within 48 hours of receipt except for weekends and/or national holidays. Most orders typically take 4-6 business days to arrive. The majority of all orders ship via the USPS and transit times may take longer during the holiday season. If you need your order quickly, it is recommended that you purchase expedited shipping.
Where does my order ship from?
The SUGARTOPS facility is located in Wilmington, Delaware. All orders will ship from this location.
Does SUGARTOPS offer Free Shipping?
Free shipping is available for orders over $75.00 after discounts, tax, and shipping.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
All orders ship within 48 hours of receipt except for weekends and/or national holidays. If for any reason you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please send us an email to cs@sugartopsusa.com. We will do our very best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes.
Can I return my order?
All edible item sales including our cookie and cupcake kits are final. Due to food safety concerns, we cannot accept returns. SUGARTOPS is committed to offering the best quality products. If there is anything wrong with your order, please send us an email to cs@sugartopsusa.com. Our customer service department will quickly resolve any issue so that you are 100% satisfied.
Can I return my Ready-Set Bake™ Tools?
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all Ready-Set Bake utensils. Please note that returned items must be in new condition. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. We ask that you pack your return with sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. SUGARTOPS, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or
packaging is not in the original condition. In addition, SUGARTOPS reserves the right to not issue a refund at all if the products are damaged due to misuse or negligence. To setup a return, please send us an email to cs@sugartopsusa.com.
